The best auto-repair business ever! From the front desk through to the mechanics, everyone is a pleasure to work with. They live their name and honor their guarantee. The parts I needed replaced were faulty from the automaker not once, nor twice but 3x!! Each time my check engine light came on I would stress out; however, Mike and Jason spoke with me insuring I understood what was causing the repeated sensor failure, which I was able to confirm. Honest-1 fixed my problem and did not stop until my car is running perfectly. Each time I went back I expected push back or some fee, but every time I was greeted with a smile, and they did the work with no additional expense because of their warranty. Honest-1 lives their name! My only wish is that my dad was alive, I would love to tell him I found an honest auto mechanic who stands behind their work, no matter what!

Great service

Both of the service techs at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I am not from Suwanee and was broken down and therefore, stuck. But, they diagnosed and fixed my Chrysler Crossfire in under 24 hours - wow!

This was my first time at Honest 1 and all the staff was so nice and super helpful! They sent me a detailed report after the inspection with photos so I could see the issues myself which was super nice! They also printed off my Carfax for me to see my service records from other shops. Will definitely be bringing my car back!
