I have used Honest 1 Auto Care twice. They are efficient and their communication is wonderful. They explain what you need for your care maintenance and why. Even when I needed new tires they were able to refer me to a great place very conveniently located to me.

The Staff at Honest 1 always seem to do a great job whenever my car need to be serviced, they are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the needs of my vehicle. They always seem to get the job done in a timely manner. I would like to give a special shout out to Mike VanStaveren. I hope Honest 1 never lose him.

This is by far the best Auto Shop that I have ever used. Myself, my wife and three kids all use Honest One. They are professional, courteous and do great work. I can't say enough about Justin and Mike and the service team. Thank you!!!

5 Star in terms of the experience of booking and getting the text alerts on the the inspection, results with pictures etc - the actual service of dealing with the car and highlighting the problems etc is superb and lives up to the 'honest' name. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is 2 reasons: 1. After I picked up the car I started hearing this horrible noise from the engine and the protective shield under the car had not been secured properly and was dragging on the road as we drove 2. Not open on the weekends which makes it hard for people with 9-5 careers to be flexible enough to use them. Great guys, great service - used them in an emergency but I'll probably use someone else at the weekends for more routine needs as our day jobs prohibit us from being free to only use them Mon-Fro
