Johns Creek Auto Repair

Unfortunately, my repair shop was bought out and the new organization is terrible. As such, I have begun looking for another one in the area that can address the needs of my family. Over the last year or so I have been bringing my cars here for light repairs and general maintenance. Overall, I would say that they are easy to work with and I definitely like having an appointment time. No high pressure this or that, they fixed my cars and gave me information on the vehicles which they believe might be helpful on possible future repairs or potential issues.

Dealer quoted $1200 to fix the air conditioning in my truck. Honest-1 charged $180. AC works great now. Same day service was a bonus. This is my new go to auto care business. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and great to do business with.

I lost my job. Then my power steering went out in my car. I was at a lost for words. I was quoted by another mechanic a crazy amount that kept changing. I called here after several Google searches. I felt like I could trust them. They were so understanding of my situation. They repaired my vehicle. It was expensive but they tried hard to work with me. I wish I had a million thanks I could give them for their above and beyond performance. I’m broke again but I have my car back so I can go to CDL school. When my job gave me two day notice that they were closing and then my power steering went out. I was devastated but a friendly voice and encouragement were my silver lining.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with car care! I felt respected, understood and communicated with effectively. No hidden fees or strange issues I agreed with everything that was said and needed for my car. The report card on the car is AWESOME!

These guys are always great to work with. They always pick up their phone which is unusual nowadays, and they always get me in on the time that I requested. Their lobby is awesome with Wi-Fi and a few fun snacks. Their service is always spot on and very happy to refer my friends to them.

I had my car serviced and inspected at a different shop and recommended that I had certain part replaced. Was skeptic and doubtful about it and I brought it into Honest-1 for an inspection and any necessary repairs. They were very trustworthy and honest about their opinion and told me nothing of concern and no parts needed to be replaced. They even told me that the inspection was complimentary and that no charge was incurred. I was very satisfied with their honesty, professionalism, and business integrity. Would be returning to them on a regular basis for the service and repair needs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks Honesty-1!
