I’ve had my car serviced at Honest-1 in East Cobb for several years. Now that I live in Johns Creek, I am getting my service at their Peachtree Parkway location. The place is clean and neat and, with more bays, I can get an appointment quickly. They have always been above board in letting me know exactly what is needed and when. They’ve never tried to “oversell” as other shops have done. I trust them wholeheartedly with the care of my car.

The customer service is excellent and their prices are very very competitive.

On 10/27/2020, I wrote a review regarding Honest 1 Auto care. I described the service was prompt and professional. In my review, I mentioned that I paid for the service by via telephone with a credit card, and that my coupon was not honored the following day. As it turns out, on the same day, the owner of Honest 1, called me and turned out it was just a misunderstanding probably caused by me. Mr. Carter credited me the full amount of the coupon. As a told Mr. Carter, the fact that he reached out to me so quickly to resolve the matter to my satisfaction, just solidified my relationship with Honest 1 Auto care. 5 Star rating all the way!

Very happy with Honest-1. Very good communication. I was impressed with the detailed inspection report which included pictures. Service was completed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Mike and Justin always work hard to offer great customer service. If you want an auto service shop that will be honest with service and pricing, and treat you like family, this is your place.
