My car needed some routine maintenance and I was able to get an appointment soon and on the day that worked for me. I liked that a complete evaluation of all systems was done and there were a couple of things that were recommended that also needed to be taken care of. Not being familiar with all things auto, I googled a couple of the suggested items and then checked my previous paperwork on my car's history and realized that yes, my vehicle was overdue for these things. This was the first time using Honest-1's services and it is now my go-to auto care center. Also, I appreciated that all precautions regarding protection from the Covid-19 coronavirus were being taken inside.

Amazing service, ULTIMATE TRANSPARENCY, from offering me a ride to the rental, to frequent professional checkins, to photographs of every step and every issue they would find. They sent texts and emails with links to photos and diagnosis they offered explanations as to the severity and why it was important to fix. The diagnosis had my tech and my advisor’s name. OTHER AUTO REPAIR PLACES SHOULD TAKE NOTICE.

I dropped in for emergency maintenance after an exhausting work day. The manager met me in the parking lot almost instantly & immediately recognized the repairs I needed. In minutes my repairs had been assessed and taken care of. I have never had such excellent and efficient service. Extremely grateful to the staff for taking such good care of me and my car!
