Very friendly and helpful people. I (as an old person) feel comfortable bringing my car to this shop.
Great front desk customer service, great communication, very transparent on cost and quality work for a good price. When I can't do the work myself (such as alignment or tire work) I take my car to Honest-1 Auto Care.
I took my car in due to an antifreeze leak. I was sure it was related to the plastic intake gasket (it was) as I have had issues with this on other GM 3100 engines. I told them I could smell antifreeze but could see none on the ground. Once repaired I took it home but immediately smelled antifreeze still. I gave it a day to make sure it wasn't residual but I had to add about a pint. In addition on driving it home the antilock brakes engaged and later the next day the antilock brake lights and other lights suddenly came on. I took it back. They immediately apologized and set to find the issue. One was a weak hose clamp which they switched out (that was their issue as it was new and part of the original job). They also found a scotch lock on the wiring to the brakes (my issue) and soldered it like it should have been in the first place. I offered t pay for that as that was not their issue but they covered it as the leak was and caused me to come back. Net Net it was free. Actually I am glad it still leaked as I got the brakes fixed for free!
I brought my car in because of the lack of heat and a general brake inquiry. The heat was just a filter and I had my brake fluid changed. I couldn't believe the type of service I had. It was like I brought in a Porsche 911. ( it was only a chrysler). I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you to Butch and everyone else!
I wasn’t happy with the inspection and posted my review. However with 24 hrs of my post the owner personally called me to clarify why I wasn’t happy and I would say he did a great job in helping me understand where the disconnect was.
