Amazing service, ULTIMATE TRANSPARENCY, from offering me a ride to the rental, to frequent professional checkins, to photographs of every step and every issue they would find. They sent texts and emails with links to photos and diagnosis they offered explanations as to the severity and why it was important to fix. The diagnosis had my tech and my advisor’s name. OTHER AUTO REPAIR PLACES SHOULD TAKE NOTICE.

I dropped in for emergency maintenance after an exhausting work day. The manager met me in the parking lot almost instantly & immediately recognized the repairs I needed. In minutes my repairs had been assessed and taken care of. I have never had such excellent and efficient service. Extremely grateful to the staff for taking such good care of me and my car!
