Great place to take you car. Staff is friendly, takes their time to explain the problem, the place is COVID CLEAN! All employees wearing masks.

Car started showing white smoke and overheating. I have my personal mechanic but he is very busy and usually have to make an appointment ahead of time. Called Honest-1 and they said they will get to it that day and resolved the issue. They also surprised me a with a simple thing as some goldfish in the car as just a free snack. Overall was very pleased with my first time here.

This was my second time going to own a swan I just bought a car used and I want to tell him to look at to let me know if there was anything wrong. Everyone was polite professional waiting area with nice will definitely be back here

Good customer service, went in because my headlight was out and needed a new bulb put in. The guy behind the desk took me in immediately and had it taken care of in less than 10 mins and they didn’t even charge me because it was a very small issue. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Excellent service and honest folk. My oil change and tire rotation was expensive but par for the course with a Jaguar. I came late Friday evening and they got it done. They even stayed past closing time and let me pick up my car at about 615pm. They gave me a quote for brak pads and rotors replacements and let me know how much brake pad I have left.
