Amazing customer service and mechanics!!! I came in with a check engine light freaking out and they reassured me they would help me figure out what’s wrong. When I walked into Honest A-1 Auto Care in Johns Creek, I knew I was in the right place...like being in a Chick-Fil-A without the chicken! I had front brakes and rotors replaced. Butch, Mike, and Craig were very courteous. To my surprise, they explained to me that only my front brakes needed replacement (with rotors). Over many years and numerous brake jobs, I have always had both front and back brakes replaced together, assuming that was the protocol. Thank you or being honest, Butch!

I am sick of ripoff shops! Very Honest and reasonable people here! Very clean shop! They even have a window so you can watch them working on your car! Very seldom do I write about car repair places But this one is Worthy!

Great service! Left my Hyundai for brake service. Honest 1 called me with price which I accepted. They fixed my car and it runs great! Brakes are working and in great condition. Clean lobby and honest employees. I will return for all my car repair needs.
