I was able to make my appointment on line and they contacted me back with a confirmation, the process was extremely simple! They were very friendly and efficient! They also had a very comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks. They explained everything that they had checked out on my vehicle and made recommendations without any high-pressure tactics.

Better be good to live up to their name. It appears that they do just that. Took my Volvo in for brake pads and rotors that my dealer suggested that I replace immediately (on top of "offering" to replace my license plate light for $45 labor charge and replacing windshield wipers for $30.00 labor). The guys at Honest-1 took a look at my car without charging me and told me my brake pads and rotors were fine. Their marketing strategy: have patrons establish confidence and trust with them so they come to them for repair needs. Right on. Taking my two Volvos to these guys from now on. Worth the trip driving across town. Lucky to have found these guys. Recommending these guys to all my friends and family. Forgot the names of the guys at the shop during my visit but both of them were courteous, professional, and straightforward. Great guys. Great place.

Professional, personal and affordable

Justin was so nice and professional. I came in on my way to work because my car cut off and the check engine light was on. He gave great advice and told me to visit the dealership. So I'm heading there tomorrow. For any services I wouldn't mind visiting based on how helpful he was

Great job Craig on our 2006 Honda Accord - All four brake drums, rotors, pads, and associated fluids were replaced in record time, and well under quotes I received from the dealer. No more vibrations - runs like new! Thanks for checking the alignment (toe in) and the battery cables, too!
