Our MB C-300 had recently reached the 40K mark and was due for an annual check-up and expert attention to the usual wear and tear issues. Critical matters were promptly identified and addressed. A couple of less urgent items will be handled in a month or two. Was pleased with the thorough inspection and quick service.

I was 70 miles from home on a Friday. when my car's alternator failed. i made several calls but all other repair places were unable to provide service until Monday. Jordan at the Roswell location of Honest -1 was very helpful in several ways & also suggested I call their Johns Creek location. Justin, at Johns Creek, was able to get my car repair arranged, and I So appreciated his attitude and friendliness during the afternoon I spent there. I watched him deal with so many other customers, and all were treated with the same respect and helpfulness that I received. The waiting area is extra nice-- super clean, comfortable seating areas, drinks and snacks provided, a play area for kids, altogether a Positive wxoerience! I definitely recommend Honest -1 !!!

I was glad to have found an honest auto care place. The person working the desk was kind and efficient. I was sent o Honest-1 Auto Care by Discount Tires down the road. There was another tire place, and I will not mention the name, that told me I needed brakes. I didn't think I needed it. Honest-1 Auto Care told me I didn't need new brakes yet. They also did a great job with exactly what I needed. I would recommend Honest-1 Auto Care because they are honest.
