5 Star in terms of the experience of booking and getting the text alerts on the the inspection, results with pictures etc - the actual service of dealing with the car and highlighting the problems etc is superb and lives up to the 'honest' name. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is 2 reasons: 1. After I picked up the car I started hearing this horrible noise from the engine and the protective shield under the car had not been secured properly and was dragging on the road as we drove 2. Not open on the weekends which makes it hard for people with 9-5 careers to be flexible enough to use them. Great guys, great service - used them in an emergency but I'll probably use someone else at the weekends for more routine needs as our day jobs prohibit us from being free to only use them Mon-Fro

It's hard to find good mechanics in the Johns Creek area, there are many out there, but with a wide range of results. I had had the same mechanic for years, but their place was bought out and I had to start looking again. Glad to have found Honest-1. Prices are competitive and I trust their judgement. And to me, that's the most important piece.

I cannot recommend Honest-1 enough!
